The house has a parking space. Equipped with 1 air conditioner in the hallway on the first floor positioned to cool the entire area. Additionally, it has a washing machine. Pets are allowed. Upon request (for a fee), bed linen, towels, crib, high chair, and iron are provided. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beautiful beach of San Foca, bars, restaurants, and shops.
