Apartment located on the first floor, arranged as follows: spacious living room, separate kitchen, and 2 large double bedrooms, along with a full bathroom. There is the possibility to add 2 extra beds in the living room. The house has two terraces, one at the front and one at the back. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Pets are allowed. It is approximately 400 meters from the sea. The beautiful beach of San Foca, bars, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance in just a few minutes. Upon request (for an additional fee), we provide bed linens, towels, a crib, a high chair, and an iron.
